What is My Health Online?
My Health Online is a new, online service that Furnace House Surgery is now using in conjunction with NHS Wales.
Once you’ve created an account you will be able to use the features your GP practice has made available, which may include:
- Book and cancel appointments
- Request repeat prescriptions
- Update your personal information
- View parts of your medical record summary
You can still contact the Practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patient’s have found more convenient and saves them time. More information including “how to” leaflets and videos of patients and why they are using GP online services are available at www.nhs.co.uk/gponlineservices
